Our third housemate has found love and is running away to NZ, so now we need to find someone new. Our house is a gorgeous three bedroom victorian terrace in leafy Clifton HIll which we love. You will be living with Megan a 27yo nurse and Steph 33yo social worker. You will also be living with Mille and Maque, two indoor rabbits who live in Megan's room. They are too shy to cause you any bother, although they wouldn’t appreciate any other pets in the house.
Rent is $865 per month. Bills are in addition. You will need to put your name on the lease. Our agent is fantastic!
The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom. The bedroom is not huge, but it has a built-in wardrobe. We also have a large undercover outdoor area at the back, which you can have exclusive use of. You could park a car in it if you wish, although there is also plenty of un-restricted on street parking out the front.
We are looking for a young professional approximately 23-40 with a reliable job. We need you to be clean and tidy and help out with the chores. This is not a party house, however we do enjoy a wine and movie together and are looking for a friend as well as a housemate.
